I am writing to tell you about CRS’s contingency plan during the coronavirus situation.
We are fortunate because our business has always been completely agile and so our entire team already has the right hardware and software in place to enable them to work wherever they are.
From Monday 16th March, our amazing team began working from home and, as always, we are available to discuss projects and respond to any enquiries you have. You just need to call us on +44 (0) 20 3747 3344.
There will be occasions when a face to face meeting is required, to share samples and select colour combinations, and we will continue to attend these meetings while observing all government guidelines around social distancing and hygiene.
I also want to assure you that the majority of our rugs and carpets are Made In England and so we are in a good position for continued supply of our products.
Our absolute commitment is to continue to support all our clients and projects as consistently and seamlessly as possible. The CRS team are ready to respond to the challenges we all face, and we will maintain the highest level of service during these unprecedented times, whilst protecting the health and wellbeing of our families, clients and colleagues alike.
